        Introducing Waleed Gabr – a true force of positive change in Dallas, Texas. Waleed is committed to charity work, traveling, networking, and projects that unite communities and improve lives. He is a Philanthropist, Entrepreneur, and Networking Maestro. Waleed’s life revolves around his incredible family – a loving wife and five wonderful children. He began his journey by earning a degree in International Business and Management from Montclair State University’s Feliciano Business School. Shoaib’s personal passion is to incubate, launch, and/or scale purpose-centric brands, businesses and organizations focused on bringing value and impact to humanity at large. In this pursuit, he’s started an organization called Humaniti. Humaniti’s vision is to help people from all walks of life, irrespective of race, religion and/or creed. For over 18 years, Waleed has been a champion of non-profit work, making a huge impact on humanity. While leading fundraising efforts as the National Manager for Major Gifts at IRUSA, Waleed raised over $100 million and oversaw various projects covering education, support for orphans, microfinance, water and sanitation, health and nutrition, and emergency relief. But he’s not just a desk guy – Waleed has been on the ground in places like Pakistan, Jordan, Benin, Turkey, Somalia, and Kenya, putting program funds to use during natural disasters. In 2023, Waleed decided to take his wealth of experience and launch Humaniti Foundation USA. Noteworthy organizations and startups:

      1. Muppies.org (Dallas Chapter: He co-founded this Dallas chapter, part of the International Muslim Professional Association, connecting professionals worldwide.
      2. Cars & Chai Dallas: Waleed started this to bring families together through a shared love for cars.

      Waleed’s guidance and insight has reached some of the most esteemed institutions in the U.S., including Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Columbia, UPenn, UConn, Yale, NYU, SMU, and the United Nations, inspiring countless people to dream big and take action.

      Shoaib Khan is a serial entrepreneur, business owner, community leader, and philanthropist. He has founded, built, and scaled several projects,ventures, and communities with and for some of the most globally recognizable brands and companies.His leadership has spanned roles in design, development, project management, business development, sales, marketing, revenue management, financing, technology, and customer service. Google, AOL, Dell, WB, Nestle, Unilever, Pepsi,Oxford Properties, Lennar, W Hotels, Tridel, Honda,General Motors, Audi,Bayer, Johnson & Johnson,Aeroplan, RBC, BMO, Ericsson, BlackBerry, Sprint are some of the brands and companies his group has worked with. He has been spearheading M Worldwide Inc., a global brand where he’s personally managed $1B of investments and ventures in real estate, media, marketing, technology, consumer goods, and social enterprises, in affiliation and partnership with a few of his investor group. Shoaib’s personal passion is to incubate, launch, and/or scale purpose-centric brands, businesses and organizations focused on bringing value and impact to humanity at large.       Firaaz Azeez is widely acknowledged as an agent of change, a community builder, and an inspiring leader deeply committed to community service, partnership building, and philanthropy. For over two decades, Firaaz has actively engaged with various non-profit organizations, serving in various capacities such as volunteer, staff, board member, and director. Appointed as the first Executive Director at Humaniti in December 2020, Firaaz provides strategic leadership and operational guidance to a growing team dedicated to enabling global giving and social impact.

      Ovais is a highly accomplished IT Executive by profession, a humble Global Humanitarian by heart, and a dynamic Canadian Media Personality by passion. Ovais leads the sales engineering team a Fortune 500 company, and he’s been instrumental for various NGOs in Canada, the USA, and other countries over the last 10 years.

      Mansour Shouman, a Palestinian Canadian citizen journalist, has remained a steadfast voice in Gaza since October 7th, declining offers from Israeli and Canadian authorities to leave Khan Younis. His daily on-the-ground reports in English provide a vivid portrayal of life amidst conflict, earning him widespread recognition on social media and major news outlets like Al Jazeera, BBC, and CNN. Mansour not only reports but actively supports his community, initiating relief efforts and fundraising campaigns. Despite his departure from Gaza on February 26 due to the challenging media environment, Mansour continues to advocate for Palestinian rights and freedom, embodying a commitment to truth, humanitarianism, and justice in the region.

      Vaden Earle is a respected human rights advocate, whose hands-on fieldwork spans over 30 countries. His book, “ONE: A Face Behind the Numbers,” published in 2007, became a bestseller, significantly amplifying human rights awareness in North America and earning him numerous literary awards. Vaden is also the founder of several NGOs, a testament to his dedication to humanitarian work, as well as a public speaker leveraging his dynamic style to combine rigorous academic analysis with practical strategies.

      Hoda Lajili is a passionate humanitarian who is dedicated to the mission of ending poverty. She serves as the Head of Events. At the age of 16, she began her journey in the non-profit sector and has been committed to it ever since. Hoda’s passion started at a young age as she watched her grandmother, aunts, and uncles serve as active members of the community. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, road trips, and spending time with family and friends.
